Dr. Carlotta A. Roman

Dr. Carlotta A. Roman is the CEO & Founder of WorkplacePsy.io, a consulting practice focused on workplace mental health, organizational well-being, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master of Human Resources, and a Master of Public Administration, and is an ICF-trained coach with more than 15 years of experience spanning organizational psychology, workforce systems leadership, human resources, coaching, and behavioral health-informed practice.

 

 

Dr. Roman works with corporations, healthcare systems, executives, and workforce organizations to build psychologically healthy workplace cultures where both people and performance can thrive. She brings a diagnostic and systems-oriented lens to organizational change, leadership effectiveness, burnout, employee engagement, and workplace culture, designing evidence-informed strategies that strengthen workforce well-being while supporting sustainable organizational performance.
